This service provides:

Substitute Prescribing for clients with complex needs i.e. Pregnancy, co-occurring substance mental health issues

Childcare Concerns / Social services involvement

Therapeutic interventions with BACP accredited counsellors

Nursing assessment and Medical Clinics

Monitoring Clinics including Urine Sampling

Who can use the service?
Referrals accepted from secondary sources i.e. GP, Social Services
and other Drug and Alcohol Services.
Anyone over the age of 18.
Anyone under the age of 18 will be referred to CAMHS.
