Check food labels when you're out shopping, in particular for the amount of sugar, salt and fat present in food. Healthier living involves being aware of what manufacturers put in food, and knowing what is good for you, and what is not.
Checking labels only takes a little time, but it is a big step toward healthier living and healthy eating.
