MEND

Mind - Exercise - Nutrition - Do It

 

MEND provides programmes, services and resources to help children and families learn how to improve their health, fitness and the way they feel about their bodies.

 

Currently two different programmes are offered which families can join:

 

  • the MEND Programme for overweight children aged 7-13 and their parents or carers
  • the Mini-MEND Programme an early years’ healthy lifestyle programme for 2-4 year olds and their families, whatever the child's weight.
