How – I am trying to get myself motivated to join a gym and I’m also starting to eat more fruit and veg

What – I am going to play football with my brother for an extra half an hour a week

 

Why – I want to get a lot of practice as I hope to join a football club

 

How – I am going to start exercising every night after school
