What - to run the Race for Life this summer in aid of Cancer Research UK

 

Why - I have part jogged and part walked the race in the past but would dearly love to run the whole race.

 

How - I will train with a running group at work 2 evenings a week from 8th January. This will build up my stamina and ability over the next few months.

 

When - I will enter the Race for Life this summer which will take place either June or July.

What – I want to start walking more and try and eat more fruit and veg

 

Why – I would like to get fitter and healthier

 

How – I will walk around Pontypool College campus every lunch hour and I’ll take 2 pieces of fruit with me for lunch every day

How – I am going to start exercising regularly and I will cut down on junk food.
