What – I want to include walking in my day to day activities

 

Why – So I can become fitter

 

How – I am now walking to college and not catching the bus

 

When – This is something I have already started doing

Why – I have been learning about the respiratory illness V.A.C and it has encouraged me to get fit

 

How – With the help of the Asdan lifeskills company

What – I want to start doing more exercise such as swimming, walking and running

 

Why – I want to be more active. I already eat a healthy diet I just want to exercise more.

 

How – By doing activities like swimming or walking everyday.

What – I am going to start exercising more in order to become physically fitter

 

Why – Because I want to join the RAF and in order to do this I need to be as fit as I can be

 

How – I am going to join the gym in order to begin my challenge

What - I want to get fit and reach the high targets I have set myself regarding exercise

 

Why – To get more healthy

 

How – By running and doing lots of walking. I am also trying to eat more healthily
